Shipping Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through ELAN.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the processing, shipping, delivery, customs, address, tracking, and claim conditions described below.

Fulfillment Locations

ELAN main warehouse is located on Riviera beach, Florida

Depending on product availability, inventory, destination, and operational requirements, orders may be shipped from:

  • A United States fulfillment center.

  • A third-party logistics provider.

  • A supplier or distribution partner.

  • An international or global fulfillment center.

The shipping origin shown on a package does not necessarily represent ELAN’s business address, headquarters, product manufacturer, or country of ownership.

Products from the same order may be stored in different locations and may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Added Pages:

- My Order Was Returned to the Sender

- Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment authorization.

Business days exclude:

  • Saturdays.

  • Sundays.

  • United States federal holidays.

  • Carrier holidays.

  • Fulfillment-center closures.

Order confirmation does not mean that the order has shipped. Customers will generally receive a separate shipping confirmation containing tracking information after the applicable package has been dispatched.

During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, holidays, severe weather, inventory transfers, security reviews, or other operational disruptions, processing may take longer.

If ELAN cannot ship within the promised shipment timeframe, ELAN will provide the customer with any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched. Processing time and transit time are separate.

United States Standard Shipping

Estimated transit time:

7 to 20 business days after dispatch

International Standard Shipping

Estimated transit time:

10 to 25 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

Orders receiving free shipping may be sent using the most economical available service.

Estimated delivery:

7 to 25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and fulfillment location.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is offered only when expressly displayed and purchased at checkout.

When available, estimated delivery is:

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch

  • International: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch

Expedited shipping does not eliminate order-processing time, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside ELAN’s control.

Delivery Dates Are Estimates

All processing and delivery periods are estimates unless ELAN expressly guarantees a specific date in writing.

ELAN does not guarantee delivery by a particular date for:

  • Birthdays.

  • Holidays.

  • Vacations.

  • Travel.

  • Special occasions.

  • Events.

  • Appointments.

  • Business deadlines.

  • Any other time-sensitive purpose.

Customers should not place an order that depends on arrival by a specific date unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly offered at checkout.

A shipping delay within the stated or updated delivery estimate does not create an automatic right to a refund.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided at checkout when available.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring:

  • Email inboxes.

  • Spam or junk folders.

  • Text-message notifications.

  • Order-status pages.

  • Carrier tracking pages.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after a shipping confirmation is issued.

Possible reasons for delayed tracking updates include:

  • The package has not yet received its first carrier scan.

  • The first scan occurs at a regional facility.

  • The carrier’s tracking system is delayed.

  • The package is transferred between carriers.

  • The shipment is awaiting customs clearance.

  • The first visible scan occurs near or at delivery.

  • The selected international service provides limited tracking.

A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that an order has not shipped or has been lost.

Multiple Packages

An order may be divided into multiple shipments.

Customers may receive:

  • Separate tracking numbers.

  • Packages from different fulfillment centers.

  • Packages delivered by different carriers.

  • Products arriving on different dates.

Shipping confirmation for one package does not necessarily mean that every item in the order is contained in that package.

Customers must wait until all associated tracking numbers have reached their final status before submitting a missing-item claim.

Customer Address Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete, current, and deliverable shipping address.

Before submitting an order, customers must verify:

  • Recipient name.

  • Street address.

  • Apartment, suite, floor, building, or unit number.

  • City.

  • State or province.

  • Postal or ZIP code.

  • Country.

  • Telephone number.

  • Email address.

ELAN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

Submitting an address-change request does not guarantee that the address can be changed.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, ELAN may be unable to modify or redirect it.

ELAN is not responsible for unauthorized address changes requested directly through a carrier.

Restricted and Inaccessible Addresses

Certain carriers or fulfillment centers may be unable to deliver to:

  • P.O. boxes.

  • Military addresses.

  • Hotels.

  • Freight-forwarding addresses.

  • Prisons or correctional institutions.

  • Remote or restricted areas.

  • Locations requiring special access.

  • Addresses prohibited by carriers or local law.

ELAN may cancel an order, request an alternative address, or use a different carrier when the original address cannot be serviced.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to the sender because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

  • Refused delivery.

  • Unclaimed packages.

  • Expired carrier hold periods.

  • Restricted delivery locations.

  • Failure to pay customs fees.

  • Failure to provide customs documents.

  • Failure to respond to the carrier.

  • Recipient unavailability.

Orders returned for reasons attributable to the customer are not eligible for a refund.

ELAN may, at its discretion, offer reshipment only after the customer pays all applicable:

  • New shipping charges.

  • Return-to-sender charges.

  • Handling fees.

  • Customs charges.

  • Storage charges.

  • Carrier fees.

If reshipment is unavailable, the customer may be required to place a new order.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing a delivery does not cancel an order and does not create a right to a refund.

Customers remain responsible for the order, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, handling fees, and other costs resulting from refusal.

Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements

International customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported, possessed, and used in their destination.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties.

  • Import taxes.

  • Value-added taxes.

  • Brokerage charges.

  • Handling fees.

  • Inspection fees.

  • Storage charges.

  • Carrier collection charges.

  • Other government or third-party assessments.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not collected by ELAN and are the customer’s responsibility.

ELAN does not control or predict customs charges.

Customs delays are not included in ELAN’s delivery estimates and are outside ELAN’s control.

ELAN is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays.

  • Seizures.

  • Product restrictions.

  • Import denials.

  • Destruction or abandonment of packages.

  • Additional documentation requirements.

  • Charges imposed by customs or local authorities.

No refund will be issued because a customer refuses or fails to pay customs charges, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Currency and Third-Party Fees

ELAN’s store prices are displayed and processed in United States dollars unless another currency is expressly shown at checkout.

A customer’s bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider may impose:

  • Currency-conversion fees.

  • Foreign-transaction fees.

  • Cross-border fees.

  • Authorization holds.

  • Bank processing charges.

These fees are imposed by third parties and are not collected or controlled by ELAN.

ELAN does not reimburse third-party financial charges.

Carrier Delays

After a package has been transferred to a carrier, delivery may be affected by events outside ELAN’s control, including:

  • Weather.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Holidays.

  • Customs processing.

  • Transportation disruptions.

  • Labor disputes.

  • Carrier backlogs.

  • Local delivery restrictions.

  • Government actions.

  • Incorrect routing.

  • Security inspections.

  • Public emergencies.

  • High shipping volume.

  • International conflicts.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

ELAN is not liable for losses caused solely by carrier or customs delays, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Overdue Orders

Customers should not report an order as lost while it remains within the applicable estimated delivery period.

If an order is beyond the estimated delivery period:

  1. Review the tracking page.

  2. Confirm the shipping address.

  3. Contact the carrier or local postal service.

  4. Check for attempted-delivery notices.

  5. Allow an additional 5 business days for delayed carrier scans or delivery.

  6. Contact ELAN with the order number and carrier case number, when available.

A United States shipment may be reviewed as potentially lost after 30 business days from dispatch.

An international shipment may be reviewed as potentially lost after 35 business days from dispatch.

ELAN may require completion of a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or another remedy.

Packages Marked Delivered

A package marked delivered by the carrier will generally be considered delivered to the address submitted at checkout.

Customers must first:

  • Check all normal delivery locations.

  • Ask household members or authorized recipients.

  • Check with neighbors when appropriate.

  • Contact building reception, security, or mailroom personnel.

  • Contact the carrier.

  • Wait at least 5 business days after the delivery scan.

ELAN is not automatically responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or collected by another person after delivery.

Claims involving packages marked delivered must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.

ELAN may require written carrier confirmation of loss or misdelivery before considering a replacement.

Lost-in-Transit Shipments

If tracking does not show delivery and ELAN confirms that a package was lost in transit, ELAN’s primary remedy will be a one-time replacement using the original or a comparable shipping method.

ELAN may deny a lost-package claim when:

  • The customer provided an incorrect address.

  • Tracking shows delivery.

  • The customer refused the package.

  • Customs charges were not paid.

  • The package was not collected.

  • The customer failed to cooperate with the carrier investigation.

  • The claim was submitted after the applicable deadline.

  • Evidence indicates fraud or policy abuse.

Refunds are not guaranteed for lost or delayed packages after dispatch, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges cover services and expenses that may include:

  • Order processing.

  • Fulfillment.

  • Packaging.

  • Carrier transportation.

  • Logistics coordination.

  • Tracking systems.

  • Handling by suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Shipping and handling charges do not necessarily equal the postage amount printed on a package.

Shipping charges become nonrefundable after dispatch, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Special-rate, promotional, or free-shipping offers may use slower or consolidated shipping methods.

Order Security Reviews

ELAN may delay, hold, contact the customer about, or cancel an order undergoing:

  • Fraud screening.

  • Payment verification.

  • Address verification.

  • Identity verification.

  • Inventory confirmation.

  • Compliance review.

ELAN may request additional information before fulfillment.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.

Policy Changes

ELAN may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in fulfillment practices, carriers, suppliers, delivery services, laws, or operational requirements.

The policy in effect when the order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where a later change is required by law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or waives rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

If a provision conflicts with applicable law, the law will control only to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
