ELAN does not directly store complete payment card information. Payment information is processed by Shopify Payments and its applicable payment-processing partners under their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for payment declines, holds, delays, authorization issues, exchange-rate differences, or fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

10. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After you submit an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we approve it for fulfillment or shipment.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
